I've been given a VHDX created from a server running 2012r2. I am trying to load this as the hard drive of a VM running on Hyper-V 2019 but when I start the VM up and try to connect to it I am getting a screen saying that the boot loader did not load an operating system. no network adapter is currently connected , VM is gen 2, VHDX is attached as a VHDX hard drive. sorry if I've not given enough information
any help would be muchly appreciated
