Brother HL-2140 series printer does not recognize landscape

Hello,

I just added a Brother HL-2140 series printer to my PC and have a strange problem.

Everything prints as portrait, even when landscape is specified. Also, when a landscape xlsx spreadsheet is routed to the printer the top third of the page is blank before the spreadsheet starts and the spreadsheet is truncated (missing the right side of the spreadsheet) at the right side of the portrait orientation.

It is like the printer does not recognize that the spreadsheet is landscape orientation.

An iMac mapped to the same printer has no issues and works fine.

Can anyone help resolve this for me?
