IP Camera on Cisco switch unreachable for hours

I have a weird issue where our Hikvision IP Camera on cloud is not reachable from the internet for several hours when connected to Cisco SG350 switch. The problem is not present when this switch is omited and the camera is directly plugged to the router, the connection is estabilished in 2 minutes. Tried this on different router, works too. Router and switch factory reset. Did not help. Latest firmwares and reachable on local network. EEE on the port is disabled and no firewall rules other than default are set. The router is EdgeRouter Lite 3 from Ubiquiti. The camera sends video stream to the cloud a works on port 443 and needs other 8*** ports.

After several hours the camera is reachable again and you can watch the stream on the app.
