I have a .dwg file generated from .pdf. The pdf map has coordinates in both dms and northing and easting. I have geolocated the single point autocad uses in both dms and converted to decimal degrees. The point plots correctly on the online map, but the drawing scales at least 1000x too small. Scaling the drawing changes the control point, and all reasonable units have been exhausted.
