Say I have an administrator user profile with certain settings (e.g. small icons on the task bar). How can I copy all of these settings and user data/files over to another already existing administrator account?
System Properties -> User Profiles has the Copy To... button disabled.

Windows doesn’t support the copy profile feature anymore. The settings you are talking about need to be scripted, or managed by intune or some other management feature, like a provisioning package. There is simply no option to copy settings from one profile to another. – Appleoddity – 2019-08-08T19:51:27.980
