Skype for Business dropdown box scaling issue

Question

In Skype for Business 2016 > Options > Audio Device, the dropdown box height is too small, hiding the text inside. See attached screen shot.

I had a similar issue in Firefox where a spinner control box was doing the same.

Is this perhaps due to a scaling issue on my UHD display (Lenovo C930)? I'm asking because I've had plenty of other small display issues on this laptop and it is driving me up the wall.
