I have a situation where we are moving to smart card authentication using HID Omnikey 3021 readers. We are using Citrix Workspace 18.10. My environment is mixed with HP T610/620/630. The T620/630's have no issues. The T610 fails to power the card reader for more than a few seconds when I connect it.
I am running HP ThinPro 5.2 with security patches installed. The USB manager can see that the reader is attached and I choose whether to redirect and what not. Any option I select has no change.
I also have tried this reader with our customized image and with a default image from HP.
