Cant access nginx webserver after installin SSL with certbot

Installed an SSL certificate on my nginx webserver with certbot, after everything going seemingly fine, I cant access it through the browser with https. Running on a fresh Ubuntu 16.04 vps. Im not sure what debug info is relevant but heres my sites-avalable default file
