Ubuntu 18.04 LTS server cannot connect to/from anywhere

0

My Ubuntu 18.04 LTS server stopped any kind of connections both in and out after updating and upgrading with apt. No SSH in/out, no ping whatsoever.. I can now only connect to the server through Hetzner's console from their website. I cannot ping to my server's address neither with the name (sefadenizoglu.com) nor the ip address (116.203.189.123). In addition, I cannot ping any ip address including 8.8.8.8 or any web address from within the server either.

Background

I have a cloud instance at Hetzner and when I logged in I saw that there were quite a number of packages need to be updated. So I updated and continued with an experiment I was going to do: change sports.sefadenizoglu.com to www.sefadenizoglu.com. I had already issued Let's Encrypt's SSL certificate to the website, so I made a back up of the nginx server conf file of sports.sefadenizoglu.com and copied it as www.sefadenizoglu.com, then went on and replaced all sports with www, and finally deleted parts in the config file added by Let's Encrypt.
