I am making a flow that emails a specified mailing list when an MS Form is submitted. I want to add an email to the mailing list based on an answer to one of the questions. I want to be able to look up the value of the answered question and reference with a sheet in an excel online file.
In the excel online sheet in column A is the possible answers to the question. In column B I have the appropriate email address to send to. Just looking for the appropriate actions I would need to use to have it do a function similar to "Vlookup"
