I have to use remote desktop over slowish connection with Windows 10. I have disabled all visual effects in "Performance Options", like described here. I works perfectly, but in the new "flat" applications, such as Settings, I still can see there are animated fade and scroll effects, which work pretty slowly. Is it possible to disable them as well?
