How to protect a worksheet in excel but auto resize columns and rows?

I created an Excel workbook with a large amount of data on two different worksheets. I have a 3rd worksheet that I'm using to display a clean summary of the data based on User Input. I protected the entire workbook except for 10 cells, so that my formulas are not deleted. I'm using Excel 2013.

Is it possible to have the "clean summary" worksheet automatically resize only the 10 rows and 17 columns that appear based on User Input results?
