Windows 10: Only one keyboard layout (US international)

I use US international keyboard layout.
Which I find pretty handy when writing in English and Spanish.
In my opinion it has the best of both worlds and I prefer this position for symbol keys.

I am happy with it, though I would like to have only this keyboard layout.
It seems Windows 10 does not remove the other ones when it is instructed to do so.

This is what taskbar shows:

Then what Language Preferences & Options show:

Control Panel also show one keyboard layout available:

Though practically, it is NOT true.
Taskbar allows to switch to the other ones.
And hitting Win+Spacebar also changes from one keyboard layout to the others.
Which sometimes I inadvertently hit it with annoying consequences.

Is it possible to have only ONE keyboard layout, please?
