limit session time, upload and download using freeradius + daloradius

Question

I already have a working freeradius server with daloradius, I'm using this server to authenticate wifi users for a cisco mobility express wlc. I successfully configured users login and limit the multiple sessions limit (users only can have 3 active sessions at the same time), now i need to limit the session time per user and limit the speed (not bandwidth, just speed) I've being checking multiple documentation about and seems it should be a reply attribute, but haven't figure it out where in dalo radius configure this attributes for each user.
