Clicking on create a new app on teams app studio gives a message "Failed to create app"

I am working on a bot integration with Teams apps and I was trying to use App studio on teams to create a manifest app. Although, when I click on the "create a new app" button, I get a message "Failed to create app. Something went wrong. Please try again."

I tried checking the developer's console on the web App and I can see a 401 error coming up.
