I have installed SQLSERVER 2017 in my machine, In addition to that trying to install SSMS 18.1 release. While installing getting the attached error message. How can I unblock the setup?

What is the language of the setup you are trying to install? What is the language of the current SSMS that is installed? What does the log say is the reason the setup is blocked?
