How to setup two WebLogic managed servers in two different physical servers and route traffic to them?

I need to to set up WebLogic in two computer for high availability. I installed WebLogic separately on them, even using pack/unpack methods too (Managed Server on a Remote Machine).

My requirement is to deploy the application in both managed servers. A load balancer should be applied (no idea how to/in which level use). As we can't use a different domain for clustering, what is the way forward to achieve my goal?

Any step by step guidance highly appreciate.
