NTP synchronization Windows 10

0

I have 2 Windows 10 PCs and I need to set one of them (PC1) as NTP server for the other one (PC2) and, generally, other objects of my system (Linux Machines).

On PC1 (server) I simply activated the Windows.time service, while on PC2 (client) I inserted the IP address of the server in Internet Time option. In this way it does not work.

I'm quite sure that the server works, because the other Linux objects take correctly the time. Of course I can ping the server, and both firewall are deactivated.

I read some papers on the web, and it seems that the problems could be related to the stratum of NTP. Someone else say that a solution could be to change the AnnounceFlag registry key...

Could anyone here help me, to understand what to set on server and on the client? Before to change the registry keys random...

Thank you in advance
