I've an issue with Sftp/ssh/serial console connection to our ms azure VM. after VM reboot I've a little chance to establish an ssh connection with huge delays . ftp connection can't be established. this ftp work for production servers and should hold about 50 connections simultaneously. in attempt to manage this issue I tried to apply a more powerful VM config (4vcpu + 16 gb ram), cause of a high level of cpu load (90-100%). It helped, but not for long. after 12 hours this problem repeated. Redeploy doesn't help. Serial console can't connect. what else should I try?

I would start with the SSH troubleshooting docs we have to see if any of the options help https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-ssh-connection if not let me know and we can dig further into it
