Unable to open application via Citrix (on Ubuntu 18.04)

Question

I am trying to open an application with citrix on ubuntu 18.04.

I installed citrix receiver 3.08 (after having 3.10 because I was getting the same error (see below) via .deb file.

The error I received is

Cannot connect to "198.241.22.13 - Epic Hyperspace Production" Connection timed out. Verify your connection settings and try again.

I tried

$ cd /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/keystore/
$ sudo rm -r cacerts
$ sudo ln -s /etc/ssl/certs cacerts

but didnt work.

Any help would be appreciated!
