Windows bash: open TortoiseGitProc.exe commit dialog with "All" checkbox checked

Question

with this command i open the commit dialog of TortoiseGitProc.exe:

TortoiseGitProc.EXE /command:commit /path:"C:\MyProject" /logmsg:"Fix foo" /notempfile /closeonend:4

i want also the "All" check active, with all'checkbox checked

all checkbox checked commit all files...
