How can i create a shortcut to emulate clicking the mouse on a particular area of the screen?

I have a program monitoring some equipment. When I get an alarm on a page, I need to click it every time. The windows are located in the exact same spot all the time so I just need a short cut to act like I’m clicking on that section to acknowledge the alarm.

I’m using Red Hat Enterprise 6
