Windows 10 reverts window color back to white after lock/unlock

0

I have set window color in registry for keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors\Window
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors\Background
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\Colors\Window

to 204 204 204

When I set it and log on/off color is correct(as I set it). Problem is when I lock and unlock PC, color goes back to white. I need to log off/on again for it to be back to the one that I set(204 204 204). Value in registry is not changed, it stays 204 204 204.

PC is corporative laptop connected on domain. Windows version is 1803(OS Build 17134.765).

I have no idea why is this happening and there are no data on the net about this issue. Please help xD

Have you tried to update to the latest version to check? KB4509478 (OS Build 17134.860) . – daidai – 2019-06-29T04:00:15.127
