How to fix Duplicate entries in Mac Boot manager (rEFInd)

0

I have installed Kali Linux on my Macbook Pro (Mid 2014) as dual boot. Before Kali installation, I installed the rEFInd and then installed the Kali Linux with the option "Install the Grub Loader on a Harddisk" as Yes. But I am seeing duplicates when I power on the Macbook, as shown in below screenshot. (Its before I applied the minimal theme).

The second Apple logo in the screenshot is empty, if I select that, it is just showing a stop sign and the both Linux logos are booting to Kali.

Is there anything wrong with my conf file or other settings. How can I remove that second Apple one and also the duplicate Linux one?
