Main Question:
Where is the registry backup stored (win10, v.1803 or greater) and how can I access it via cmd?
Context:
I have an issue very similar to this one (corruption caused by the last windows update), that was solved via a registry backup using cmd.
Unfortunately, since Windows 10 April 2018 update (version 1803), registry backups no longer are stored in the RegBack folder (thus, while repeating the mentioned process, I found that the RegBack folder is empty).
I didn't found anything online regarding the backup "new location". Can you guys help me figure it out? Any help is appreciated.

I'm pretty much limited to the famous "blue troubleshooting screen".
My Outcome:
I just copied all my files to an external SSD and did a fresh windows install. I'm still keeping this question, so perhaps someone answers and helps future users with the same issue out there.

Windows 10 no longer maintains a backup copy of the registry hives. You may need to use a third-party tool to regularly update the RegBack folder. This may help How to Completely Backup the Registry Automatically in Windows 10
