Recover Wordpad document after update Windows 10

Question

I was working on a wordpad document when windows did a forced update and reboot. I was able to find my last saved version but there are a lot of unsaved changes I made that are still missing. I saw that some other people were able to find an autosaved version in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\WordPad but I don't have that file path on my computer. I have a Word folder but no Wordpad folder. I am using Windows 10 Education Edition if that helps. I would really appreciate any help.
