I made a new beaglebone black with some modifications of beaglebone black. eMMC is empty because it is a new board. When I turned on the board, I expected to see the following message on the terminal window.

The board did not work at all when the SD card containing the prebuilt image was inserted and turned on. Of course, no messages were displayed in the terminal window.
