Unable to boot into Windows 10 from rEFInd using graphics card

0

I recently installed Kubuntu 19.04 onto my main PC and decided to install rEFInd as a boot manager. Booting into Kubuntu and GRUB from rEFInd works fine, but I'm unable to boot into my Windows 10 installation through rEFInd. I can however boot into Windows, if I go into the motherboards boot menu and from there select either Windows Boot Manager or GRUB. My Windows 10 install is in UEFI and of course so is Kubuntu. Adding a manual entry for Windows didn't seem to help either.

EDIT: It turns out, that if I change my initial display output in the motherboard settings from my GPU to Integrated Graphics, then everything from POST screen until OS is on my secondary monitor, which I have hooked up to my motherboards display outputs. But more importantly, I can boot Windows from rEFInd this way! So this seems to be an issue with my GPU. What could cause Windows not to boot from rEFInd using my GPU but boot fine straight from the boot menu or GRUB? I tried changing rEFInd resolution but it didn't help. Maybe I need to add a special boot entry parameter? I don't want to use my secondary monitor as my POST display because it is old and has 5:4 aspect ratio. Also forgot to mention that the spinning dots do appear through rEFInd, and then the screen goes black.
