I have TFS 2012 in house and all the operations done on Web Forms projects work just fine.I created a new team project for MVC 4 project and all check in operations work ok. When some other user tries to get the latest version of that project they find some new files or folders excluded from the project and some old files corrupted or they don't run anymore as if the code changed or something.
