Not able open pgAdmin?

Hi all, I installed both postgresql and pgAdmin then I restored and connected it to my application, it worked fine. But when I reopened it error occured like "C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.6\pgAdmin4\bin\ligcc_s_dw-1.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support"
