Jupyter notebook shows Theano backend but keras.json says Tensorflow?

As the title says, I've put Tensorflow in my keras.json file but Jupyter Labs notebook gives me a little message stating that it's using Theano backend? Any suggestions? The keras.json file is from my root directory. Is this little guy getting overridden somewhere?
