Create ADMX template containing binary registry value

Question

Is there any possibility to create an ADMX file to later be able to enable/disable binary registry values (e.g., SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3)? From the admx schema it looks like it can't be done, maybe there is a workaround. The resulting policy will be used via gpedit locally, so not via the domain controller. So far I'm using the FullArmor ADMX Migrator to create the file, there is no such option for the data type.
