Guest enabled within terminal but disabled within user accounts. Find my mac is not on

Searching for users within terminal using "dscl . list /Users | grep -v '_'" brings back a guest user. I have disabled guest user and have sailed find my mac as well. Any reason as to why the guest user will still be active?

I'm pretty sure you're seeing a disabled entry for the guest account. The GUI checkbox just enables or disables the account. It does not delete the entry from the accounts database. – Spiff – 2019-06-05T03:43:35.050

The guest user is used by the OS (for things that should have very limited access) even if it's not enabled for login. – Gordon Davisson – 2019-06-05T06:36:17.017
