Slow network startup missing registry key DNSClient

On a windows 7 machine it takes 30 seconds to 1 minute for network connection to be established. Internet access icon has the blue circle and gets the red cross sign until 30-60 seconds pass. When look at processes many process including svchost.exe reports that HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\DnsClient as NAME NOT FOUND. I have entered DNS adresses and IP manually from TCP-IP V4 to force windows reacreate registery keys but it was no go either.

PS: First time in 4 years "chrome.exe" throwed an exeption and explorer.exe crashed right afterwards when I was trying to look at the dump. I pressed power 4 secs and it got me thinking. Is it a faulty hardware or we have an observer in this system. So I am scanning the windows drive from linux drive using clamav.

What should I do to fix it. Any advice on the issue would be great. Thank you. W

Found some trojans including Win.trojan.Sality , they mess with network settings and registery keys. Fixed the damage manually. Everything works as expected. – Gediz GÜRSU – 2019-06-03T20:19:57.000
