Android Debug Bridge doesn't detect my phone on Windows

Question

I've just installed the Android Studio Software and the Android Debug Bridge Server doesn't recognize my phone (a Motorola G (3rd gen)) even though on the first step of the troubleshoot it recognizes it. 08:13 Connection attempts: 1 ''' I've seem people with similar problems and they said that the problem was their localhost ip, but i tried reseting everything related to the localhost ip and I still can't connect to the Studio.
