Jupyter Notebook can't read my python 3.7 kernel

0

I've recently used Jupyter Notebook. It was working fine last night, but when I restarted it today it can't find my kernel, even though whenever I check through anaconda it can recognize my python.

This is what the anaconda looks like when I type in Python
Python response

While here is my Jupyter Notebook.

As you can see there are no kernels available at all.

I'm using a windows 10 laptop with an i7 6th gen CPU and a gtx 970m GPU.
