I'm trying to sync password from an Active Directory to Oracle. I know I need to get clear text password using a password filter DDL. however, after doing some research I found out that I could use the On-demand password sync from Sun Java System Identity synchronization. Has anyone done anything similar to these? If yes, what approach did you use?
