I have launched an AWS EC2 instance running a Windows Server. Now I am trying to connect to it via RDP from my personal machine(running windows also). But I keep getting the following error:
"The user account is disabled and so unusable. Contact your system administrator or your technical support for any assistance."
I have ensured that the Port 3389/ RDP is in the Security Group of the instance and that I am using the right credentials.
Can someone help me understand the reason I am getting the error?
