I've been following these instructions

And in the comments I noticed a lot of people have issues, but I dont seem to have navigated mine yet.
Apache only loads the default page. I cant get wordpress to come up. It's like something simple I'm missing.
Here is my /etc/apache2/sites-availible and /etc/apache2/sites-enabled directories where I assume the problem lies.
