Export a folder from Registry

Question

i need help to create a script that exports a spesific folder from registry, on my computer it is the following adress:

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-961192664-1044802044-2078469417-343410\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OneNote\OpenNotebooks

I know how to use the reg export command to get the file, but at my organisation we have several users that need to run this command, and the adress changes from user to user, for example another emploee has this adress S-1-5-21-961192664-1044802044-2078469417-275457.

Can i create a command that is not userspesific but anyway gets the folder i need?
