Unable to launch the product automatically, please quit and lunch manually (Error Code : 199)

Question

When I'm trying to install Adobe Lightroom CC 2019 in MacBook Pro running the most latest macOS Mojave 10.14.5 it is showing this notice "Unable to launch the product automatically, please quit and launch manually (Error Code : 199)"

I have even tried Adobe Lightroom 2018, it's also showing the same notice and not running the software.

I have tried both internet connection on and off environment, but nothing worked.

So now I'm asking is it the problem with the software or a problem with MacBook Pro?
