I recently upgraded my PC from an Core i3 to a Ryzen 5 1600 and everything have got smoother but Photoshop! It got worst.
In a blank page everything is fine but as I increase the layers it goes slower and as I pass 20 layers it becomes annoying and when I reach 40 layers it becomes almost unworkable.
I have tried every trick on the internet and changed a lot of settings in the performance section and also I installed and tested all version from CS6 to CC20 but none of them worked. And the weird and worst part is that Photoshop gets slow without using any resources!

My system spec is :
- Windows 10 Pro x64
- AMD Ryzen 5 1600
- Nvidia GTX 1050TI 4GB
- 16GB DDR4 RAM
- PLEXTOR 250GB SSD
Is there any solution?
