Skype: How do i Share my screen, audio, while still talking to my friends?

Question

my friends and i have been playing XCOM 2 together. and doing our own little story with the game, tones of mods and things like that. but the only way to play the game together is to stream it. we have been using skype as a means to do this so that we are good to go. but they cant hear the game. and they need to talk to me so i can moves there guys where they want. in short i cant give them the best of both worlds so to speak. they can ether hear me and talk to me while seeing the game. OR they can hear the game with horrible echo and CANT talk to me.

How do i Share my screen, audio, while still talking to my friends?

or is there no way to do this?

i can currently share my screen with audio but my friends not only hear themselves. but also CANT hear me.
