Sometimes, CTRL+Shift doesn't work when I try to change from RTL to LTR (happens in Media Wiki).
Sometimes it does work, sometimes it doesn't; I have no idea why.
In all my years of using Windows I don't recall such a problem. It happens to me when editing pages in Media-Wiki CMS, in Windows 10 Home, in latest Chrome.
Do you have a clue why?
