Capturing the specific portion of the screen again and again

Question

I would like to capture a specific portion of the screen again and again. I can do it using the Windows 10 - Snipping Tool, but I need to select that particular area again and again.

Is there any tool in Windows, where I can say capture the screen between these and these pixels?
