Cannot establish ssl/tls conection on some laptops

My company uses CRM system with electronic document & workflow managmenet including document versioning. For document versioning we uses some external plugin for word, which allows me download word file from server, change content and upload it back to server. Unfortunately the plugin doesn't work on my laptop. Everytime I try to upload the document I got an error "Could not establish trust relationship for SSL/TLS secure channel". I cannot find the solution for this issue. The think is, the plugin works on every laptop except mine. The alert appears right after clicking the save button. It doesn't even try to connect to server. It's worth mentioning that the server uses ssl certificates and I have my installed correctly so I can get to the website via internet browser.

I have already chceck all the certificates to make sure it's imported correctly, turned off windows Firewall and anti-virus. Checked registry and made sure all SCHANNELS protocols are enabled(see img attached: https://imgur.com/ae5qQf0) but nothing has changed.

I have no idea what else can I do to establish the connection. Any Ideas ?
