Should I install ESET Node32 or other antivirus on every Docker container or the software i install on the host will scan also files located on the docker containers?

To be very quick, unless you are installing something special (like a file or mail server), you don't need an antivirus at all under linux. You could need one for example if your users upload files to your service. But then that would be one docker container in your entire service ecosystem and you would scan the files on arrival. You certainly don't need one in all containers, that would be a total waste of resources.
