I am trying to install Zimbra on a VirtualBox running Ubuntu 14.04. Steps I have done till now are:
Set a static IP (which did it successfully)
Install and configure dnsmasq (also successful)
Check MX records (also passed)
Here is a screenshot of my MX record:
DNS ERROR resolving MX for zimbra.wantedstarling.com
It is suggested that the domain name have an MX record configured in DNS
I choose to change it and I just enter the domain wantedstarling.com but I still get the error. I did nslookup to my domain and got this answer:
If I try to ping zimbra.wantedstarling.com I get:
From gm-VirtualBox.station (192.168.2.100) icmp_seq=1 Destination Host Unreachable.
Am I doing something wrong? I can also provide screenshots my of static IP configuration, host, hostname files and the dnsmasq if needed.
