Getting the error when creating Directory in Oracle 11.2.0.The user I'm using in Oracle has every possible privilege.
Error
"A Optim Stored procedure failed to compile. The user may not have explicit privileges needed to compile and execute Optim Stored procedures. Refer to the Installation and Configuration Guide for more information."
