My AutoCAD is unable to open a .fbx file with its own .fbx import feature, is there any ways I can fix that?

I am trying to open a .fbx model that is made from AutoCAD 3D, it cannot be opened within the software. I'm trying to convert it to .obj or .stl files to be used in cura for lulzbot to print a 3D model. Is there any way I can fix the AutoCAD? Or is there a reliable converter that I can use? The converts that I have tried all say .fbx format is not supported, even the converters from AutoCAD website.
